Like the twelve Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur who preceded them to Dilley, the NDNU group quickly became advocates for justice helping mothers prepare for their credible fear interviews, giving generously of their time and talents, and not counting the cost. tre Dame Mission Volunteers
Of this group one is a NDNU staff member, one an undergraduate and the others are graduate students. Of course they have plans for their futures so let’s pray that each of them will find the best path forward – one that makes excellent use of their gifts.
So when we’re counting the numbers of Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur who have volunteered to work with migrants in Dilley or McAllen in Texas, let’s gratefully include these wonderful NDNU volunteers.
